We recognize how people think, and what they want to achieve, and, rather than hype up massive goals, we show you how to set and achieve realistic targets that will reduce the size of your belly – and get you into a position where you can push on to achieve the tight, toned ab muscles if you want to.

What we want for you is sensible and safe weight loss, weight loss that doesn’t effect your health or put to much strain on your body. Weight loss that is achieved by meeting small targets on a regular basis. Instead regular small goals will keep you moving in the right direction, whilst also giving you that all important feeling of achieving something, of goals being reached and records being broken.

So this site is about starting you off on your weight loss journey, of giving you a good grounding in weight loss before you kick on and try the more ambitious regimes that many weight loss sites advocate. They have their place, but not at the start of a regime. We are using them to get fit, not because we are fit already.
